Responsibilities include: • Provide first-level technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for hardware and software in a Microsoft Windows environment • Setup and maintain new computers, laptops, and mobile devices including all required hardware and software • Support MS office suite of products, and a variety of specialized applications • Provide help desk support for users for all hardware and software issues and requests. Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced • As required, provide after-hour and weekend support • Work individually and in a team on IT projects, such as hardware or software upgrades The idea candidate for the position will have: • Minimum 2 years recent experience providing technical support in a networked computer environment • Demonstrated systematic, analytical approach to problem solving • Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals • Experience in a help desk environment • Excellent customer service skills • Good verbal and written communication skills Self-motivation and a team player attitude Нужен хороший English Резюме в канадском формате плиз посылайте мне на kaory_int@hotmail.com
